I had an lovely stay at Hotel ZaZa Houston Museum District. The eclectic décor and artistic touches throughout the hotel were refreshing, though the building showed some signs of its age. The location is perfect for museum enthusiasts, being close to the park and medical center, but the parking situation could be frustrating. Overall, I appreciated the warm hospitality from most of the staff, even if the service during busy times was sometimes stretched.
